THE STUDIO

The VVOO studio is located in the middle of Seefeld above the café Monocle.
The Yoga studio is 100m2, very bright, has light wooden floors, soft draping ceiling fabrics, a little tea kitchen and a sofa lounge. There's a changing room in the space and a paravant for extra privacy.

The studio is equipped with 36 Yogamats, 60 blocks, 14 Yoga chairs, 40 straps, 20 sandbags, 15 bolsters. The Yoga studio holds up to 28 or 30 people, according to the mat setup.

You will find little bits and pieces of the VVOO merch and a selection from the online shop.

The studio does not have showers, but two toilets on the floor.

The policy of the space is - everyone is welcome, bad vibes stay outside.

According to Daoism all world exists in polarities. The polarities of Yin and Yang give rise to the concept of the five elements and the five seasons. VVOO is built upon the ancient knowledge of this pattern. The human is a fractal of the universe. Five is the center of a radiant sphere. The human is put at the very center of a bigger whole. The sphere around it makes it complete. V is 5, the center and 0 is the sphere around. Wu also means 'nothingness' and 'effortlessness'. ".......but usefulness rises from whatever is not"
