Deep release is a guided self massage practice that includes breath worksomatic movement and stretching. We all have the potential to read our own body and know what it needs, but in a world that often tells us that the answer can only be found outside ourselves, we lack the confidence to look within. Self massage empowers you to discover your own body and address your movement patterns that keep you in pain. This class will help you release tensionsoothe your nervous system, and simply move and breathe better. All massage props are provided at the studio.

Tony’s masterclass series is designed to cultivate a sāttvic (equanimous) state through the discipline of tapas.
