Yoga is a mind-body-breath trinity. 

The movement serves the embodiment, the intelligent and esoteric dialogue builds the interior landscape and the breath is for the implicit spirit.

We believe that Yoga is proven to be one of the most potent integrative systems for longevity. 

As VVOO reflects the interplay of the five elements and their characteristics, all classes are defined by colour and their corresponding archetype.

  • Blue belongs to the kidneys and enhances the restoration of one's deep waters. SOOTHE.
  • Green belongs to the liver and sparks expansion and strength similar to the vital force of a tree. EXPAND.
  • Red belongs to the heart and induces the fire of the heart. ENJOY.
  • Yellow belongs to the stomach and organizes one's middle and earth. CENTER.
  • Grey belongs to the lungs and organizes space for better function. REFINE.

For over 15 years, she has dedicated herself to teaching Jivamukti Yoga, bodywork, and dance.

In this journey, she passionately explores the connections between the body, mind and soul, aiming to foster a more loving and liberated approach to ourselves, with the hope that this radiates to all beings.

The ongoing fascination with the transformative power of Yoga is evident in her classes - a mix of creative flows, precise alignment guidance, philosophy, and meditations.

As a dreamer, Raphaela was fascinated by how the practice of yoga enabled her to ground into the present moment and how this affected how she was connecting with the world around her. Jivamukti-Yoga, that combines the wisdom of the ancient scriptures with a modern, urban lifestyle felt authentic and like coming home to her. Raphaela is fascinated about the anatomy of the human body and brings that knowledge into her yoga classes. She loves to chant, to play the harmonium and the handpan and is looking forward to facilitate a pilgrimage within for you.
Raphaela is teaching a 90-min Jivamukti class, open to all levels, on Wednesday at 8 pm in english or german.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of awareness -Sabina's classes serve as a playground for surrender, reconnection, reflection, and curious exploration of the life-giving force, allowing you to unleash your full potential, enabling you to authentically rediscover yourself. This practice focuses on strengthening your nervous system, enhancing yourability to enjoy life more fully, and finding balance and vitality. It's an internal journey of returning to the very root of yourself using the ancient tools of Asana, Pranayam, Mantra, Mudra and Meditation. Sabina guides with gentleness yet strength.
