Deep release is a guided self massage practice that includes breath worksomatic movement and stretching. We all have the potential to read our own body and know what it needs, but in a world that often tells us that the answer can only be found outside ourselves, we lack the confidence to look within. Self massage empowers you to discover your own body and address your movement patterns that keep you in pain. This class will help you release tensionsoothe your nervous system, and simply move and breathe better. All massage props are provided at the studio.

In this class you will not only explore restorative practices that allow the body to decompress and re-charge but also find room for sensorial exploration. This is a slow paced class with a highly nourishing and therapeutic effect. The poses are designed to support the body, calm the nervous system and comfortably dive into our inner landscape.

„Inner Vision“ encompasses joyful practices of breath, imagination, effortless meditation and sound—tools designed to help cultivate an inner universe that serves as a refuge where one can find solace and clarity amidst life’s complexities.

60 minutes, once a month on Sundays 16:30-17:30 at VVOO - doable for everyone also with no Yoga experience at all.

This practice leads to the subtle levels of the body, breath, and mind. In a
safe space, access to inner awareness, regulation of the
nervous system, and energetic presence opens up. The method is based on elements from
Iyengar, Katonah Yoga, and finely tuned breathing and meditation practices.
