60 minutes, once a month on Sundays 16:30-17:30 at VVOO - doable for everyone also with no Yoga experience at all.

Deep release is a guided self massage practice that includes breath work, somatic movement and stretching. We all have the potential to read our own body and know what it needs, but in a world that often tells us that the answer can only be found outside ourselves, we lack the confidence to look within. Self massage empowers you to discover your own body and address your movement patterns that keep you in pain. This class will help you release tension, soothe your nervous system, and simply move and breathe better. All massage props are provided at the studio.

After a thorough warm-up, we will explore the physical and mental elements that support us in being upside down—strength, alignment, balance, breath, and focus.Working with partners and using the wall for support, we will practice safely and progressively, allowing time to build confidence and experience the subtle balance these poses require. This supportive approach invites a sense of ease, playfulness, and stability rather than effort or fear.The skills and understanding gained in this class will help you approach inversions more calmly and efficiently over time—so that even in a regular class, you can enter the asana with clarity, confidence, and without rushing or anxiety.
